  • From 299 lbs to elite endurance
    After high school I ballooned to 299 pounds. I clawed my way back, dropping 79 pounds and finishing a 104-mile GORUCK Heavy Heavy—52 brutal hours that nearly broke me but didn’t.

  • Bullied, broke, but never beaten
    I was the quiet kid with the cheap clothes and thick glasses. I’ve slept on a buddy’s floor, questioned my worth, and stared down every excuse you’re telling yourself right now.

  • Rebuilt, relentless, results-obsessed
    Today I coach busy adults worldwide , turning “I’ve tried everything” into “I can’t believe this is my life.”
